On 23rd – 24th October, organised in cooperation with The National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen), ESN will be holding the seminar on Migrant children and young people, in Stockholm, Sweden.
The following themes will be covered:
- Unaccompanied migrant children in the public care system;
- Families on the move;
- Migrant young people’s transition to adulthood.
Examples of policy and practice for the social inclusion of migrant children and young people will be presented.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and exchange, experiences of child protection and guardianship, housing, health care, mental health support, education, training, and employment.
