They are crucial to the success of any social start-up: stakeholders.
Stakeholders can be, among other things, the customers of your product, or just the people you want to help with an innovative idea to better master their difficulties. Stakeholders are also all those who are otherwise important to help you realize and make known your idea: your team, corporate and media partners, financiers, and many more.
But how do you manage to reach all the players and convince them of the importance and correctness of your company?
In this workshop we would like to find answers to these questions with you and show you some helpful tools and strategies for doing so.
Delivering this workshop is Verena Riedmiller, founder of CUBE, Your take on Europe . With her company, she works for and with schoolgirls, volunteers and politicians. For her commitment she won the youth car prize and knows how important a good stakeholder strategy is to achieve the desired effect.
